• Terms & Conditions of UseThis is the agreement between you and Lao Derm Group for using the Lao Derm Super App — bookings, queue tickets, in-stay requests, payments, rewards and reviews. Please read it before you accept.
• Privacy PolicyWhat we collect, why, who we share it with, how long we keep it and your rights — under the Lao PDR Law on Electronic Data Protection No. 25/NA (2017) and its Implementing Instruction No. 2126/MTC (2018).
• Wallet & Membership TermsCovers the Lao Derm Wallet, Pak Wen points, membership tiers, promotions, vouchers and paying on someone else's behalf. You accept these when you activate the wallet.
• Service Provider & Staff TermsApplies to every staff, manager and administrator account of every unit using the Staff Portal. Acceptance is required before the portal opens.
